For over 15 years, collaboration and leadership have been the cornerstone of my work—first as a researcher at the University of Leuven (Belgium), and later as a coach and advisor, partnering with leaders and teams across a diverse range of organizations throughout Europe.

I excel at helping leaders harness their strengths and foster authentic connections, empowering them to build impactful, trust-driven collaborations that inspire and drive success.

My focus is on the core elements that drive effective collaboration: cultivating trust, fostering psychological safety, enabling innovation and creativity, strengthening resilience, and turning conflict into an opportunity for growth and progress.
